We do not store any credit card details, and all transactions are handled securely through MONEI’s certified payment system.

If, for any reason, a payment is not successfully completed after checkout, your order will be automatically cancelled by Alexander Kay.

For card payments, the full amount will be reserved on your account at the time of purchase. The payment will be charged when your order is registered for dispatch from our warehouse.

You will receive an email confirmation including a receipt for your completed purchase.

All promotional codes must be entered during checkout to be valid. Please ensure that the code is entered correctly and that the correct discount is applied before completing your purchase.

We accept returns on all products, provided that the item is returned unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

The cost of return shipping is covered by Alexander Kay unless otherwise stated. If a product is returned for a refund, we reserve the right to deduct any applicable charges (e.g. customs duties, taxes, or special handling fees) before the refund is completed.
